Cylindrical horizontal single-stage reducers such as 1ЦУ-100, 1ЦУ-160, 1ЦУ-200, 1ЦУ-250
|
Purpose.
Serrated cylindrical single-stage narrow horizontal general purpose reducers such as 1ЦУ are intended for increase of turning moment and descrease rotational speed by exploitation in macro-climatal areas with a modest climate (performance У), dry and damp tropical climate (performance Т ), accommodation categories 1, 2, 3, 4 (operation on open air, under a shed, in the closed puttings and in puttings with an adjustable climate) on GOST 15150-69.
Applying conditions of reducers.
constant and variable load, one direction and reverse;
constant operation or with periodic stops;
arbors rotating in any party, rotating speed of the high-speed arbor to 25 с-1 (1500 rev / mines.);
environment - not aggressive, not explosive.

Notes:
for double-pointed arbors performance (alternatives assembly 13, 23, 31, 32, 33) the nominal radial load on each of arbors should be 50%
reducers allows short-term overloades appearing in power stoppage, in 2 times exceeding load ratings, if the cycle number a stressing high-speed arbor during operating these transhipments will not exceed 3·10 6 During all reducer service life.
the nominal turning moment on the target arbor indicated for reducers 1ЦУ-200 and 1ЦУ-250, are transmitted at jet lubrication.
