Cylindrical horizontal two-stage reducers such as 1Ц2У-100, 1Ц2У-125, 1Ц2У-160, 1Ц2У-200, 1Ц2У-250
|
Purpose.
Cylindrical two-stage horizontal general machine industry applying reducers standard sizes 1Ц2У-100, 1Ц2У- 125, 1Ц2У- 200, 1Ц2У-250 are intended for variation of turning moment and rotating speeds.
Applying conditions of reducers.
Constant and variable load one direction and reverse;
Durable operation or with periodic stops;
Arbors rotating in any party;
Rotating speed output shafts should not exceed 1800 rev/min.;
Atmosphere types I and II at air dust content no more than 10 mg /m3.;
Climatic performances У, Т for accomodation category 1...3 and climatic performances УХЛ and O for accomodation categories 4.
Example of conventional sign cylindrical two-stage
reducers with interaxal distance of output stage 200 mm, gear ratio 20,
alternative assembly 12, conical end of output shaft, climatic
performances У1, У2, У3, УХЛ 4: reducer 1Ц2У-200-20-12 У1.
