Cylindrical horizontal two-stage reducers such as РК-450 (РМ-750), РК-500 (РМ-850), РК-600 (РМ-1000)

Purpose.
Special crane reducers РК-450, РК-500, РК-600 are intended for variation of turning moment and rotating speed.

Applying conditions of reducers.
Reducers applied by repeated short-term conditions, i.e. at changing loads with periodic stops; their durable operation with continuous load is enabled;

Operation at one direction load and reverse;

Shaft's rotating in any party with rotating speed of input shaft no more 1500 rev/min. and peripheral velocity no more 12 m/sek.;

atmospere types I and II on GOST 15150-69 at air dust content no more 10 mg/m3.

Climatic performances: У, Т for accommodation category 1... 3 and climatic performances УХЛ and O for accommodaton category 4 on GOST 15150-69.

Example of reducer's conventional sign such as РК with interaxal distance of output stage 500 mm, nominal gear ratio 50, alternative assembly 12:

Reducer with cylindrical end of output shaft, climatic performance У1, У2, У3, УХЛ4 - РК-500-50-12 У1;

Same with the end of output shaft state of the tooth-type coupling - reducer РК-500-50-12МУ1;

Same with climatic performance Т1, Т2, Т3, 04 - reducer РК-500-50-12МТ1.
In reducer's identification РК-600 the number teeth of tooth-type coupling is underlined: reducer РК-600-50-12МТ1-48..
