Cylindrical three-stage reducers for beam pumping units such as Ц3НК-280, Ц3НК-355, Ц3НК-450, Ц3НК-500
|
Purpose.
Special standard sizes Ц3НК-280К; Ц3НК- 355К;
Ц3НК-450С, -450М; Ц3НК-500С, -500К, -500М cylindrical three-stage
reducers with Novikov's gear , with friction rings intended for drives
of beam pumping units.
Applying conditions of reducers.
- Alternating-load;
- Shaft's rotating in one direction for redusers with an index "С" (with plane bearings on the target shaft), obligatory sense of rotation counter-clockwise, as shown in the constructed drawing of a front view of a reducer;
- Shaft's rotating oreverse for redusers with an index "K" and "М";
- Rotating speed of the source shaft no more than 750 rev/min.;
- Climatic performance: У1 GOST 15150 -69, the reducers also can be maintained in conditions of a cold climate macro-climatal of area I2 on GOST 16350-80.
For example conventional sign's recording for reduser Ц3НК-450С with interaxal distance 450 mm, with plane bearings on the target shaft, gear ratio 63, climatic performances У1: Ц3НК-450-63 У1 ТУ2-ИБГУ-03-93.
Same, with an antifriction bearing on the target shaft, gear ratio 90: Ц3НК-450К-90 У1 ТУ2-ИБГУ-03-93.
Same, with a strengthened output shaft on antifriction bearings for single-arm of beam pumping units such as Марк-II, gear ratio 125: Ц3НК-450М-125 У1 ТУ2-ИБГУ-03-93.
