Three-stage herringbone gearbox C3NH-450 for beam pumping unit
|
Application.
Special cylindrical three-stage herringbone gearbox with Novikov engagement C3NH-450-28, C3NH-450-40 with symmetrical disposition of gears regarding supports is intended for increasing of torque and reducing of rotation speed. It is applied in beam pumping units and other mechanical drives(in overall and mounting dimensions equal to C2NH-450-28, C2NH-450-40).
Conditions of application.
- load constant and variable in value and direction;
- both directions shaft rotation;
- output shaft speed rotation no more than 1000 rev/min;
- climatic version U2, UHL1, T1 under GOST 15150-69, and intended for operation in cold(12) and moderate macroclimatic regions under GOST 16350-80.

Rated average no failure operation - 4000 hours, full life time - 15 years. Output shaft of gearbox has on its ends key slots situated with 90 Gr. Angle that allows to set the cranks in new positions by wear of key slots or change of output shaft contact zone for less wore place of gear crown for prolongation of gearbox life time.
