Products
Purpose.
The epicyclic serrated one and two-stage motors -
reducers such as 1МПз and 1МПз2 are intended for horizontal or vertical
installation as the drive of general purpose.
Reducers applying conditions.
The motor - reducers are intended for operation in the
operation S1 mode (on GOST 183-74) with endurance of operation 8-24
h/day in following conditions:
output shaft's rotating - in any party;
external environment - not aggressive, not explosive with the
contents of a nonconducting dust up to 10 mg/m3;
climatic performance У; accommodation's categories 3 on GOST 15150-69 at operation at height above a sea level up to 1000 m.
at observance of requests GOST 183-74 the motors - reduser's operation at height more 1000m. above a sea level is enabled;
the motors - reduser's engines are executed for operation from a web of an alternating-current with frequency 50 Гц, rated voltage 380 B. As agreed with the manufacturer enables manufacturing motors - reducers on other standard stresses.
Motor - reduser's conventional sign at the order:
1МПз2-31,5-28-110-Т- У3, 380В ТУ2-056-208-82, where 1МПз - motor - reducer's type; 2 - two-stage; 31,5 - radius of a satellites's fulcrums layout, mm; 28 - output shaft's rotating speed, rev/min.; 110 - design on a editing method; Т- the motor - reduser is refueled with semi-liquid lubrication "Трансол-200"; У3 - climatic performance (У) and accommodation category (3) on GOST 15150 - 69; 380 B- alternating-current web rated voltage.
A motor - reducer 1МПз-31,5-140-У3, 380В ТУ2-056-208-82:
same - single-stage, with output shaft's rotating speed an 140 rev/min;
not refueled by semi-liquid lubrication "Трансол-200".
