  It is made inside of special units without oxide formation .

• Volumetric quenching in shaft furnaces without protective environment.
  Overall dimensions of details under treatment: a diameter up to 700 mm, length up to 1200 mm.

• Surface thermo-chemical hardening with saving of a viscous, plastic core:
  Gas carbonitriding, hardening on 62HRC hardness (on depth 0,1 - 1,0 mm).
  It is carried out inside of special units with carbon-containing.
  Overall dimensions of details under treatment: up to 400х500х1000 mm.
  Gas nitrationup to 950 HV hardness approximately (66HRCe) (on depth 0,1 - 0,3 mm).
  It is carried out in special furnaces with nitrogen-containing for nitration with nitrogen-containing environment. It ensures the saving of sizes of finally treated parts and corrosion protection.
  Overall dimensions of details under treatment: a diameter up to 800 mm, length up to 1200 mm.

All specified processes are carried out at automatic adjustment of temperature, hourly monitoring of process course, metallographic analysis of each treated set of parts.

• Surface quenching the long-sized parts by currents of high frequency.
  Overall dimensions of details under treatment: a diameter up to 200 mm, length up to 1200 mm.

• " Quenching of instrument, parts, devices from different steel grades. Soldering of instrument. The modern machinery is utilized.
